Length

1) Run the measuring tape from base of the neck and down along the center of the back upto the crotch. The length depends on individual’s preference.

1) Raise both arms.
2) Run the measuring tape around the widest part of the chest.
3) Make sure that measuring tape is not stretched too tight and to avoid that, place finger between the chest and measuring tape and take the measurement.

Body Waist

1) Raise both arms.
2) Run the measuring tape around abdomen below the rib cage and above waist.
3) Make sure that measuring tape is not stretched too tight and to avoid that, place finger between the abdomen and measuring tape and take the measurement.

Seat

1) Stand relaxed in a normal stance.
2) Run the measuring tap around hips at the widest part.
3) Make sure measuring tape is not too tight and to avoid that have a finger between measuring tape and hips.

Shoulders

1) Make sure that shoulders are relaxed and arms are straight.
2) Locate the shoulder point and run the measuring tape from outside part of the shoulder point along the curve to the outside party of the second shoulder

Sleeve Lenght

1) Make sure that your arms are relaxed.
2) Locate the shoulder point and run the measuring tape down the arm upto the point where you want your cuffs to sit.

Biceps

1) First of all make sure that your arm is relaxed and hanging at your side.
2) Measure the biceps by running the measuring tape around the largest/fullest area of your bicep.
3) Don’t stretch the measuring tape too much. To avoid that put a finger between measuring tape and arm and take the measurement.

1) Run the measuring tape around your neck where the collar normally rests. To give you an idea it is normally below Adam’s apple and above the collar bone.
2) Put one finger between the measuring tape and neck to make sure it is not too tight and take the measurement.
